Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds. We currently have a 30-day exchange/store credit policy where items can be exchanged or credit from one purchase can be applied to another. This means all customers have 30-days after receiving their item(s) to submit a request for an exchange or to receive store credit.

Returns / Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchage. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn, unused & free of odor, with tags, in its original packaging and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return/Exchange items without formal request can not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..

Damaged Return Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not based upon the post shipping state of the item/items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, unused and without body odor, scent or fragrance. In addition, the receipt/proof of purchase must be attached for the request to be processed. 

Exchanges
All shipping costs for an exchange/store credit will be covered at the customer's expense.

The fastest way to complete the exchange or applying of store credit is to have the selected item(s) returned to us clearly communicating the details of the replacement item(s) that will complete the process.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at eternalgarmentsllc@gmail.com. If approved, we’ll send a confirmation email to begin the exchange/store credit process. Once confirmed, your return shipping will be sent to Eternal Garments, LLC 7957 North University Drive #232, Parkland, FL 33067 

Items sent without submitting requests cannot be accepted. 

Damages and defects 
After receiving your item(s) conduct your own visual inspection, if any issues are found please contact us immediately. 

Non-exchangeble items
Currently, we do not accept exchanges or apply store credit to items on sale or included in (as is and final sales events).
